An Ashy Sunset in the San Fernando Valley

It’s still about and hour or so too soon for the sun to set (I have the blinds down since the pupster was going crazy over the maintenance guy outside). The whole apartment is full of a yellowy-orange glow. I can’t smell anything, but the sky is just amazingly hazy. So hazy that you’d think the biggest storm is a’brewin’.

    Beautiful! Do you live in SF? I lived in Belmont for 2 year sand Half Moon Bay for 1. Loved it!!

    I’m actually such a dork…I realized when I went to bed last night that the abbreviated name for the San Frenando Valley is SFV, not “San Fran.” The things I do to be vague about my location - LOL.

    Athena, thanks. There was some beauty in the sky even if it did come from such tragedy. Our skies are so bad now here the Valley that you can’t even see the mountains on either side.
