Hiya Phil, welcome back! You know, I don't think I've ever had my pasta with green. Not so sure that mixture would work for me. Maybe I've just been away from ABQ too long now ;-)
Good call! And preferably some Italian with green chile. I had penne alfredo with green chile the other day. That's a slice of heaven, that is.
