Either way, it’s some good stuff and I agree that you should write this on a 3×5 card and post it to your mirror all over the house and car!

You are not Filene’s Basement.
Nor are you a 60% off end-of-season sale.
So don’t offer your skills and services at bargain-basement prices.
Do the research and find out what you’re really worth.
Then ask …
A nice reminder to not sell oneself short – and not just when it comes to money.

I agree and why I was prompted to post it here, outside of my biz blog. I think it’s something that we women tend to do far too frequently. Played nicely off of my rereading of Women’s Worth by Marianne Williamson – kind of a more updated and current message than the book. Amazing what 10 years can do to a belief structure.
