I’ve decided that I want to hold off on doing giveaways on my site for a while. Or at least until I make some final decisions on our new design and whatnot. Until then, I need something fun to write about.
Basically, it’s a site for women, about women. I typically tell people that we talk about anything that women talk about when they get together. And I don’t know about you guys, but when my friends get together for book club, the topics cover everything from parenting to porn, to recipes, vacation and fashion. You name it.
Thing is, I’m just stuck for topics to write about. Mind you, I could come up with a gazillion ideas for YOU to write about. But for me, yeah, not so much.
So any topic ideas? Or anything you might want to share?

Hmmmm – I walk with a group of gals regularly, and our topics range from:
Married Sex (lack thereof, lack of interest) – always seems to come up on every walk
Losing our minds – we all feel like we are going 100 different directions and trying hard to hold it together
Gossip – there is always some kind of gossip brewing.

Kristen – I’m just not sure I can put myself out there regarding marital relations (lol – I need to keep things a bit closer to the chest here). I like the losing the mind topic. I’ll see what I can come up with on that – been there, done that 😉
hmmm…i can’t really help you because usually my blogging ideas pop into my head 2 seconds before i write them and come from my mundane life.
i guess you could talk about favorite products (beauty, shoes, perfume, et al), worst products, discuss the merits of shopping online, on tv, or in the store, ask if people have purchased things from infomercials and have them review the products, stuff like that. people like to talk.

I think the losing your mind thing all ties in to giving up the notion that we have to be perfect. Hard for women to do, but it is something that has to be done. Stop holding on to perfection.
